As a Senior Procurement Specialist your responsibilities will include:
  • Develop and maintain relationships with different teams and business units within the firm to drive adoption of policies and procedures
  • Partner with subject matter experts (SMEs) to draft and organize RFx documentation (requirement documents, questionnaires, Q&A responses, etc.)
  • Negotiate and finalize contracts across various categories, working with legal representatives to ensure flexible and protective agreements
  • Provide guidance and training to departmental teams within the firm, sharing information as policies and procedures are updated
  • Develop productive and proactive relationships with vendors
  • Maintain contracts database, keeping information up to date and accurate
  • Have a continuous improvement mindset, not afraid to identify and take action where opportunities exist
  • Other duties as assigned
