Qualifications

• Proven experience working as a practice nurse in a primary care setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide care for minor injuries and escalate to GPs as necessary.
• Conduct cervical cytology sampling and immunisations.
• Support chronic disease management and provide patient counselling.
