Prescription Fulfillment: Accurately prepare, process, and package prescriptions using our advanced pharmacy systems.
Operational Excellence: Drive the day‑to‑day success of our centralized fulfillment center, contributing directly to our mission of efficiency and scale.
Inventory Leadership: Participate in inventory control and medication stock levels, performing regular audits to maintain security and optimize flow.
Patient & Partner Support: Manage all aspects of third‑party billing and accounts, handle essential communications (calls, faxes), and ensure seamless coordination with pharmacists for timely patient delivery.
Workflow Optimization: Utilize your proficiency in pharmacy systems to support the entire prescription lifecycle, from data entry and refill processing to accurate labeling.
Canadian High School Diploma required.
Diploma from a Pharmacy Assistant accredited program preferred.
Minimum of 3+ years of previous experience in a fast‑paced pharmacy setting is required.
Demonstrated experience and proficiency using Kroll pharmacy software is a must.
A strong, proven understanding of Third‑Party Adjudication processes (online and manual).
Must be a proactive self‑starter and self‑motivator, capable of managing tasks independently.
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy is essential.
Strong organizational and multi‑tasking abilities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
