Role Description

This is a full-time Senior Project Manager role at Efficient Plant Inc. The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing various manufacturing improvement projects for our clients. This includes coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, defining project objectives, creating project plans, managing budgets and resources, and ensuring the successful execution of projects. Remote work is accepted, but traveling to client sites in Canada, the US, and Europe will be required.

Qualifications
  • Experience in project management, including planning, execution, and monitoring
  • Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes and best practices
  • Strong knowledge of automation systems and best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
