A leading investment banking firm in Toronto is seeking a Senior Payroll & Benefits Specialist to lead payroll and benefits functions. This role requires strong experience with Dayforce (Ceridian) and in-depth knowledge of Canadian payroll legislation. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate payroll processing, manage benefits administration, and support a growing HR function. This is a full-time position with a hybrid working arrangement.

This position is based in Toronto and currently operates on a hybrid model (3 days in the office, 2 days remote). Flexibility to start earlier or end later as business needs require.
The Senior Payroll & Benefits Specialist will be responsible for the following tasks:
Strong in Microsoft Office Suite – Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint.
