• Support daily operations by applying NLP/ML expertise to business projects and inquiries.
• Ensure model performance, compliance, and risk reduction across all solutions.
• Extend capabilities to French language to meet regulatory requirements.
• Research latest NLP/ML trends and provide strategic recommendations for business use cases.
