Job summary

A leading technology solutions provider seeks a Sr. Network Analyst for a 9-month contract in Edmonton, Canada. This role focuses on configuring and installing various network devices, including Cisco switches and firewalls, as well as Wireless Access Points. Candidates should have significant experience with Cisco technologies, including layer 1-3 networks, and the ability to work outside regular business hours. This position allows for remote work but may require travel to different facilities across Alberta.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in developing best-practices documentation.
• 3 years of experience providing customer service technical troubleshooting.
• 3 years of experience with Cisco layer 1-3 technologies.

Responsibilities

• Configure, install, and connect Wireless Access Points (WAPs).
• Assist with backend configuration on the Core network.
• Setup and configure Cisco firewalls and client connectivity.
