As a Senior Mobile Engineer, you will play a crucial role in architecting and developing from scratch our new native iOS app, ultimately enhancing the healthcare experience for more than a million patients and healthcare providers. Ideal candidates will possess a high degree of user empathy and a focus on the quality and speed of our product. Our patients simply can’t afford to wait!

Please note that this is a 6 month contract with the possibility of converting to full‑time.

In this role you will:

• Help establish the Mobile vision for our iOS app
• Milestones for continuous delivery of new features and experience
• Take ownership of the end‑to‑end mobile engineering lifecycle, as the first and founding mobile engineer on the team! This is an opportunity to build from the ground up
• Lead the development of our mobile app
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to understand their needs and shape our mobile roadmap
• Advocate for the right way to leverage Apple’s ecosystem towards our roadmap, extending from iOS to WatchOS and beyond
• Encourage best practices in mobile engineering, including code reviews, testing, and documentation

What you’ll need to be successful:

• 5+ years of experience in mobile iOS engineering or a similar role, with a strong foundation in building scalable & performant consumer experiences
• Proficient in Swift and SwiftUI
• Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent/similar
• Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail, with a focus on delivering high‑quality solutions
• A collaborative mindset, strong communication skills and a proven ability to partner with teams across an organization while maintaining a strong sense of ownership
• Experience with Apple’s iOS SDK (nice to have: WatchOS, VisionOS, iPadOS)
