The Role

We are looking for a Senior Media Buyer with hands‑on experience running Pay‑Per‑Call and Lead Generation campaigns across multiple traffic sources.

This role is based in our Toronto office and requires someone who can take ownership of budget allocation, campaign strategy, and day‑to‑day optimization.

You’ll work closely with our North American team to manage inbound call campaigns, improve lead quality, and scale acquisition across Google, Meta, and other social channels.

This role is for someone who understands high‑intent funnel behavior, knows how to work with call routing providers, and is comfortable analyzing profitability in real time. Must be comfortable managing budgets of $50,000‑$100,000 per month.

What You’ll Do
  • Build, manage, and scale Pay‑Per‑Call and Lead Generation campaigns across Google, Meta, and other social channels
  • Optimize for CPL, CPA, RPC, conversion rate, call durations, and lead quality.
  • Work with internal teams to improve qualification flows.
  • Run A/B tests on audiences, creatives, landing pages, and call funnels.
  • Monitor daily performance and adjust bids, budgets, and routing to maximize profitability.
  • Analyze traffic behavior and provide actionable insights to the team.
  • Collaborate closely with BI, creative, and operations to ensure data accuracy and campaign consistency.
  • Identify new growth opportunities in the Pay‑Per‑Call and Lead Gen ecosystem.
  • Maintain strict compliance standards for verticals such as insurance, home services, financial services, and other regulated industries.
What You Bring
  • 2‑3+ years of experience managing Lead Gen or Pay‑Per‑Call campaigns.
  • Strong command of Google Ads (Search), Meta Ads, and call‑routing systems.
  • Ability to manage and scale significant monthly budgets profitably.
  • Deep understanding of lead quality metrics, call duration scoring, and high‑intent funnels.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to make real‑time decisions based on data.
  • Experience with conversion tracking, attribution, and call‑tracking platforms.
  • Positive & autonomous attitude, we scale and spend FAST
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to present insights clearly.
  • Proven record of ownership, initiative, and high performance.
  • Full working rights in Canada + ability to work onsite in Toronto.
  • Experience with platforms such as Ringba, Invoca, PX, or other call‑tracking tools
  • Experience optimizing landing pages for call conversions
Nice to Have
  • Experience in insurance, home services, financial services, or similar P2C verticals.
  • Certifications: Google Ads, Microsoft Ads.
