HelloFresh is seeking a dynamic and driven Senior Marketing Specialist to lead our door-to-door and events-based sales initiatives. This role offers an incredible opportunity for a passionate marketer to make a significant impact on HelloFresh’s growth in Canada.

Reporting to the Growth Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in driving customer acquisition, managing relationships with agency partners, and ensuring seamless execution of our field marketing campaigns. Responsibilities
- Lead the execution of Direct Sales campaigns for HelloFresh and Factor Canada.
- Own the relationship with external sales agencies and partners, acting as the primary contact for training, performance management, compliance, and operational support.
- Develop and optimize training materials, sales collateral, and incentive programs to support frontline teams in achieving targets.
- Monitor and optimize sales performance through data reporting and insights. Build and manage a testing pipeline for messaging, offers, sales tactics, and regional rollouts to improve efficiency and core KPIs.
- Leverage AI and generative AI tools to streamline workflows, automate processes, and unlock efficiencies in campaign execution.
- Spend regular time in-field with sales teams to observe execution, provide training, gather feedback, and ensure strong alignment between strategy and frontline delivery.
- Manage critical channel operations including voucher creation, campaign setup, cost reporting, invoicing, and partner compliance reviews.
- Support the month-end finance process including invoice approval, cost tracking, and variance analysis.
- Contribute to the Direct Sales channel growth strategy by identifying opportunities to expand reach in specific audience segments and geographic regions.
- Lead ad hoc campaigns and cross-channel initiatives in the Direct Sales channel, including strategy development, planning, execution, budgeting, and post-campaign analysis.
- All other duties, as assigned.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in growth or performance marketing, sales channel management, or a related/relevant field.
- Experience managing sales teams or acquisition-focused programs with measurable KPIs.
- Strong analytical mindset; skilled in Excel/Sheets and comfortable working with dashboards; SQL experience is a plus. You use data to drive decisions, tracking metrics like CAC, CVR, CLV, and retention to continuously improve campaign performance.
- A deep understanding of customer needs and approach problems with empathy, driving improvements in the customer experience.
- Skilled in vendor/partner relationship management, ideally with marketing or direct sales agencies.
- An ownership mindset, proactively identifying challenges and opportunities in your work and driving solutions without waiting for direction.
- Strong presentation skills and the ability to connect with diverse audiences, from small groups to large gatherings.
- You thrive in fast-paced environments and stay flexible in the face of changing priorities, consistently delivering under pressure.
- Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time across Canada to support agency partners, visit field teams, and attend events.
- Bilingual (French) is a plus.
