Senior Marketing Executive

Exciting opportunity for an experienced marketing and communications officer – hybrid role based in South East London.

Salary: £38,000 – £45,000 per annum Location: Greater London, South East London Job Type: Permanent

This is a new Senior Marketing Executive role within a relatively new team. You will support the organisation’s internal engagement and external visibility through high‑quality marketing and communications. Your work will involve delivering creative and digital activity across multiple channels, ensuring the brand, voice and messaging are consistent, accurate and professionally represented. You’ll engage with residents, staff, partners and external stakeholders.

We are a multi‑award winning non‑profit social enterprise committed to enhancing lives and advancing society through supported housing, health and wellbeing support, and resettlement support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Managing social media channels and campaigns
  • Creating and editing digital content
  • Using digital analytics tools
  • Supporting or coordinating events and exhibitions
  • Managing agency relationships

The role is on a hybrid basis: initially one day per week working from home, increasing to two days after six months in the role.

About You

To be considered for this Senior Marketing Executive role you must:

  • The ability to commute to South East London three days per week
  • Solid experience in marketing, digital media and communications
  • Ability to create and edit content (Canva and Adobe Suite essential)
  • Experience managing social media channels
  • Knowledge of digital analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta, LinkedIn)
  • Experience using website CMS platforms (Wix, WordPress or similar)
  • You must have the right to work in the UK – visa sponsorship is not available.
