Purpose
Contributes to the overall success of Global Transaction Banking (GTB) in North America and globally by ensuring specific individual goals, plans, and initiatives are executed and delivered in support of the team’s business strategies and objectives. Ensures all activities are conducted in compliance with the governing regulations, internal policies and procedures.
The Senior Manager, US Business Deposit Products Strategy and New Initiatives, will be responsible for, and not limited to, supporting the Director, US Business Deposit Products in representing the US Deposits Product team in leading, planning and developing the strategic and tactical roadmap for the US business deposit product suite, identifying opportunities to further strengthen, bolster and grow the business deposit product suite in the US, conducting market research and analysis to inform the deposit product and functionality roadmap and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to drive the strategic and tactical roadmap.
This individual must have a well-rounded business skill set to plan and direct strategic and tactical initiatives across different US deposit product categories over the next several years and maintain a keen oversight into the financial services industry across the NAFTA/USMCA corridor and the global transaction banking market, at large.
