Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in skills strategy, workforce planning, talent intelligence, or HR transformation.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively across departments.
• Experience in designing or implementing skills frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain enterprise skills frameworks.
• Lead mapping of skills to roles and job families.
• Partner with Talent Intelligence and Workforce Planning teams.

Industry knowledge in banking and financial services
