As a transformation leader within the Office of the Chief Financial Officer, you will drive the modernization of financial reporting, champion automation, and empower the team to leverage best-in-class technology. Your work will shape how financial reporting drives insights which inform executive decisions and support the bank's strategic goals.

Is this role right for you? In this role, you will:
  • Shape the Strategic Roadmap: Spearhead the design and execution of a multi-year roadmap to modernize and elevate financial reporting, directly supporting the finance transformation agenda
  • Champion Reporting Excellence: Lead efforts to streamline and automate financial reporting. Collaborate with FP&A and support teams to ensure seamless, timely reporting cycles that enable early executive insights and unified, high-impact reporting.
  • Ignite Automation & Innovation: Accelerate the adoption of technology and automation tools (Alteryx, Power BI, etc.). Pilot new solutions, and foster a test-and-learn culture that delivers tangible improvements and efficiency gains.
  • Elevate Data Storytelling: Harness advanced data visualization tools to transform how executives and business leaders interpret results—delivering compelling dashboards, visuals, and narratives that drive action and clarity.
  • Embed Risk Intelligence: Integrate the bank's risk appetite and culture into everyday decisions, ensuring that risk is proactively managed and understood in all activities.
  • Inspire High Performance: Build and nurture a high-performing, inclusive team. Implement a people strategy that attracts, develops, and motivates talent—fostering a coaching culture, clear communication of vision and values, and robust succession planning.
  • Safeguard Operational Excellence: Ensure your team's operations are effective, efficient, and compliant with all risk and regulatory frameworks, including Operational Risk Management, Regulatory Compliance, AML/ATF, and the Guidelines for Business Conduct.
Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed in this role? - We'd love to work with you if you have:
  • Strong understanding of financial planning and forecasting best practices; broad based understanding of the Bank's Financial processes, business lines and products
  • Experience with automation, data visualization tools (e.g. Alteryx, Power BI, Visio, etc.) and Anaplan considered an asset
  • Experience with process reviews and continuous improvement
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Demonstrated leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task, deliver under tight deadlines and re-prioritize effectively
