What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

• Execute M&A and strategic transaction processes, including target evaluation and deal structuring

What is Required (Qualifications):

• 5+ years of experience in investment banking, private equity, venture capital, or corporate development
• Experience in the healthcare, wellness, or technology industries, including market dynamics and regulatory environments
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field; MBA or CFA is a plus
• Advanced financial modeling skills with the ability to build and review complex models independently
• Exceptional PowerPoint and written communication skills
