What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Execute M&A and strategic transaction processes, including target evaluation and deal structuring
- Build and own detailed financial models to evaluate potential transactions
- Create clear, compelling presentations for executive leadership and Board-level discussions
- Conduct industry, market, and competitive research within healthcare, wellness, and technology-enabled services
- Support integration planning and execution post-merger
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5+ years of experience in investment banking, private equity, venture capital, or corporate development
- Experience in the healthcare, wellness, or technology industries, including market dynamics and regulatory environments
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field; MBA or CFA is a plus
- Advanced financial modeling skills with the ability to build and review complex models independently
- Exceptional PowerPoint and written communication skills
