  • Analyze client business contexts and craft strategic project roadmaps to achieve meaningful results.
  • Stay updated on current compliance developments and trends in human capital consulting and HR practices.
  • Review HR software and processes, leading implementation when necessary.
  • On-site HR Support: Support clients with activities such as attending meetings, delivering workshops, and other in-person support as required.
Operations:
  • Manage month-end responsibilities (e.g., time entry review, invoices, expenses) for your client portfolio and other tasks as needed.
Business Development:
  • Review RFPs, assess client priorities, and develop compelling proposals addressing core business needs.
  • Lead or participate in meetings with prospective clients and develop new programs or services.
  • Promote Humani’s offerings through professional networks, social media, and other channels to attract new business.
Leadership & Workload Management:
  • Provide leadership, mentorship, and daily management to project team members.
  • Manage performance and workload, providing feedback to foster a high-performance culture related to client deliverables.
Reporting & Metrics:

  • Maintain accurate business, operations, and client trackers.
Your Skill Set

  • Client Relationship Management & Ownership: Responsible for managing client relationships, proactively leading HR functions, and managing expectations.
  • Self-Motivation and Discipline: Ability to work independently, complete tasks promptly with minimal oversight.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Ability to interact professionally with employees at all levels and provide excellent customer service.
  • Attention to Data & Detail: Skilled in data analysis and creating detailed, client-ready deliverables.
  • Creativity & Problem Solving: Outside-the-box thinking and problem-solving skills with limited information.
