As a Senior Leader at Amazon Web Services (AWS) Canada, you’ll define the vision, set the strategy, and lead large, high-performing teams to drive growth across AWS’s Canadian business. This executive-level role blends strategic business development, go-to-market leadership, and operational excellence to deliver measurable customer outcomes across the full business lifecycle.

You’ll build and scale relationships with senior customers and internal stakeholders, orchestrate cross-functional execution, and ensure AWS continues to lead in cloud computing and GenAI adoption across Canada—while accelerating revenue growth and long-term customer value.

About the role: Senior Leader (AWS Canada)

In this role, you’ll own the AWS Canada business strategy—shaping investment plans, leading pipeline and opportunity management, and aligning teams across sales, technical leadership, marketing, legal, and executive stakeholders. You’ll mentor and grow large seller teams, assign quotas and goals, and implement scalable operating mechanisms to measure impact and drive results.

You’ll operate in a matrixed environment, consolidating field insights to influence leadership decisions and ensure coordinated execution across multiple AWS organizations—bringing together strategy, execution, and customer success at scale.

Compensation & Role Type

This is a full-time executive leadership role based in Vancouver, BC or Toronto, ON. The listed base salary range is $148,100 – $247,400 CAD annually, depending on location and experience. AWS offers a comprehensive total rewards package including base salary, potential sign‑on payments, RSUs, and extensive benefits.
