Qualifications

• Greater than 10 years of demonstrated Architecture experience.
• Experience with ITSM tools, ideally Remedy.
• Valid Security Clearance at the Secret level.
• Bilingualism (English/French) considered an asset.

Responsibilities

• Identify policies and requirements for solution architecture.
• Develop solution architectures, frameworks, and strategies.
• Provide guidance regarding Enterprise ITSM Tool features.
• Work with governance bodies to ensure standards are met.
• Analyze and evaluate business solutions to meet requirements.
• Conduct workshops with stakeholders for alignment.
• Monitor industry trends and government policies.
• Provide leadership and guidance to technical leads.
