Job summary

A leading technology firm is looking for an experienced IT Project Lead Agile to oversee Agile software development projects. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in IT project management, with expert-level proficiency in Jira and BI tools like Power BI and Tableau. This remote position involves leading cross-functional teams, facilitating Agile ceremonies, and developing executive-level reports. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential. Certifications in Agile methodologies are preferred.

Qualifications

• 10 years of IT Project Management experience with a strong emphasis on Agile software delivery.
• Expert-level knowledge of Jira including custom workflows, filters, dashboards, automation and reporting plugins.
• Proven experience in building and managing reporting frameworks using BI tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Agile software development projects using Scrum, SAFe or hybrid methodologies.
• Manage cross-functional delivery teams across product engineering, QA and UX.
• Facilitate all Agile ceremonies: sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and sprint reviews.
