  • Work cross‑functionally with product, design, QA, and operations teams. Mentor junior engineers and lead small teams as needed.
  • Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement in integration patterns, DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions).
  • Documentation & Support: Maintain technical documentation and provide troubleshooting and support for integration solutions.
  • Apply knowledge of financial services processes, compliance, and data security to all integration
  • Explore emerging tools in data orchestration, automation, and AI integration, applying them under guidance when appropriate.

  • Deep hands‑on experience with Azure Integration Services (Logic Apps, Functions, Service Bus, API Management).
  • Strong object‑oriented programming skills and experience building scalable backend services.
  • Proficiency in Azure Serverless architectures and cloud‑native design patterns.
  • Experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD, and Infrastructure as Code (Bicep, ARM, or Terraform).
  • Solid understanding of authentication, authorization, and security best practices for APIs and backend services.
  • Familiarity with financial industry compliance and security requirements.
  • Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
Extra Skills That’ll Set You Apart
  • Experience leading teams or mentoring engineers.
  • Hands‑on experience integrating AI/ML workflows into data pipelines.
