Overview

Fleetway is seeking Senior Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) Analysts to support Canada’s next-generation naval fleet. In this high-impact role, you’ll lead and coordinate Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) and Availability, Reliability & Maintainability (AR&M) activities, helping shape engineering designs and life cycle support products for complex systems and equipment.

Reporting to the Manager, Service Delivery, you’ll also develop maintenance strategies and sparing solutions, analyze data, forecast demand, and ensure the right parts are available at the right time. You’ll be responsible for delivering high-quality ILS data to subcontractors, management, and customers, while overseeing ILS-related quality assurance and control processes.

Qualifications

Education

  • Diploma in Engineering Technology or equivalent Navy Certification.

Experience & Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience applying Logistic Support Analysis (LSA) and Availability, Reliability & Maintainability (AR&M) principles.
  • Familiarity with military and commercial ILS standards (e.g., MIL-STD-1388-2B, MIL-STD-472, SAE GEIA-STD-0007, S3000L).
  • Skilled in using software tools and models for analysis, simulation, and documentation.
  • Professional Engineering (P.Eng) or Certified Engineering Technologist (CET) designation is an asset.
  • Membership in relevant professional organizations (e.g., PMI, SNAME, SAE, IEEE, ASQ, SOLE) is considered an asset.

Security

Due to the nature of our work, successful candidates must be eligible to obtain required government security clearances.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct and review a variety of ILS analyses including Logistic Support Analysis (LSA), Level of Repair Analysis, Life Cycle Costing, Sparing Analysis, and Maintenance Task Analysis to support systems throughout their full life cycle.
  • Perform and assess reliability and maintainability studies such as reliability predictions, block modeling, Failure Mode Effects and Criticality Analysis (FMECA), Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM), and availability forecasting to inform marine platform and ship design.
  • Analyze contractual requirements, customer specifications, design changes, and vendor data to plan and execute LSA and AR&M activities from concept through to sustainment.
  • Lead special research and technical studies related to maintenance strategies, reliability, and logistics support.
  • Support proposal development by responding to Requests for Proposals (RFPs), preparing estimates, work breakdown structures, technical responses, and presentations.
  • Provide mentorship and technical guidance to team members, fostering growth and ensuring high-quality deliverables.
