Job Overview
We are seeking a Senior ERP Developer/Analyst with strong development skills to join our Client’s national Enterprise Application Team. This hands-on technical role involves supporting, maintaining, and enhancing the company’s enterprise platforms, including:
- Finance (Aderant)
- CRM (MS Dynamics)
- HRIS (Workday)
- DMS (iManage)
- Integrated systems such as the Intapp suite of products
Ideal Candidate
A seasoned developer with proven experience in .NET and SQL, who enjoys problem-solving and working directly with end-users. Experience in a legal or professional services firm is a strong asset.
Responsibilities
- Support and maintain the firm’s ERP platforms, including development of integration programs for data loading and transformation
- Collaborate with business owners and end-users to support and evolve systems
- Develop and configure application changes following change management processes
- Provide top-tier support, owning issues from identification to resolution
- Coordinate with application vendors for system changes and issue resolution
- Perform special projects and other duties as assigned
- Document and track all application changes according to IT policies
- Prepare technical, operational, and procedural documentation and specifications
Key Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years supporting enterprise ERP systems
- Experience with all phases of the software development life cycle
- Proficiency in working with end-users to gather and translate requirements
- Extensive experience with .NET programming (VB.NET, C#)
- Experience interfacing with APIs (REST, SOAP)
- Strong SQL skills, including scripting with views, stored procedures, triggers
- Experience with SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS)
- Experience with SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) is a plus
- Supporting financial operations within professional service organizations is an asset
- Excellent communication skills and professionalism
- Attention to detail, independence, and initiative
- Ability to prioritize and adapt to changing tasks
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills
- Organizational and time management skills
- Fluency in English; bilingual English/French is an asset
- Willingness to work overtime when necessary
- Law firm experience is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university
