Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Solar PV, BESS, UPS, or industrial electrical systems.
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD; experience with ETAP or similar tools is a plus.
• In-depth knowledge of electrical codes and standards (OESC, CSA, NEC, NFPA, IEEE).
• Comfortable reading/interpreting electrical, mechanical, and architectural drawings.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a team-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead or support engineering and design of Solar PV, BESS, UPS projects.
• Prepare electrical drawings and packages, including SLDs and layouts.
• Conduct low- and medium-voltage electrical system design and studies.
• Coordinate site visits, RFIs, commissioning support, and issue resolution.
• Interface with vendors for equipment selection and technical reviews.
