• Hands-on evaluation expertise for A/B testing.
• Experience turning results into clear product calls.
• Practical Elasticsearch experience or similar.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain evaluation pipelines for conversational search.
• Build retrieval & re-ranking baselines and drive product decisions.
• Instrument dashboards for visibility of helpfulness & latency.
• Collaborate tightly with backend engineers and PM/UX.
• Share outcomes clearly and mentor peers in evaluation.
