We’re looking for a Senior Data Analyst to join our team and help shape the future of how we promote video games and related services. In this role, you’ll be the go-to expert for uncovering insights about our marketing and sales campaigns, as well as understanding what drives our customer behaviour. From setting the right goals to delivering clear, actionable recommendations, you’ll own the full analytics process and make sure our teams have the tools and knowledge they need to succeed. You won’t just crunch numbers, you’ll solve problems, spark ideas, and help drive change across our marketing channels. Responsibilities
  • Design smart tracking plans and work closely with both technical and business teams to make sure we’re collecting the right data and using it in the right way.
  • Spot opportunities and solve problems by identifying what we need to measure, then building the tools and solutions to analyze performance and improve our marketing efforts.
  • Create dashboards, reports, and deep-dive analyses that are clear, scalable, and tailored to the needs of different teams.
  • Tell compelling stories with data that help the company better understand our customers and make confident decisions.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders, becoming a trusted advisor who brings clarity and direction through data.
  • Adapt and thrive in fast-moving environments, using flexible approaches to tackle complex challenges.
  • Develop models and automated tools that deliver insights at scale and help us stay ahead of the curve.
  • Support and mentor junior analysts, sharing your knowledge and helping the team grow.
What we’re looking for
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in data analytics, marketing analytics, or financial analytics.
  • Ideally, experience working with marketing platforms and channels.
  • Strong database manipulation skills, including complex processing of large datasets using SQL and NoSQL.
  • Excellent data visualization skills (Power BI is an asset).
  • Ability to build statistical models or find alternative approaches to achieve similar outcomes, create dashboards (Excel, Tableau, other languages), and deliver complex reports.
  • Familiarity with programming languages such as Python (asset) and R (asset).
  • Experience with data hosting and transformation tools such as Snowflake (asset), DBT (asset), and AWS (asset).
