What will you be doing
  • Motivate and encourage members to meet their fitness goals
  • Greet and welcome members in a warm and friendly manner; meet member needs courteously and promptly
  • Handle member questions and concerns with courtesy and professionalism
  • Book appointments to accommodate member needs
  • Have knowledge and ability to sell and answer questions regarding memberships and other services
  • Adhere to and promote monthly marketing objectives
  • Manage club supply inventory and place orders
  • Track equipment maintenance and repair logs
  • Run club errands and conduct bank runs
  • Plan and organise club events

Compensation:

It is expected that the selected candidate will start at a base wage of $18.25. This position is eligible for commissions in addition to the base wage. The expected annual range of total compensation is $37,900 - $42,100, determined by the expected total number of scheduled hours per year, performance in the position, and variable compensation earned.
