  • Maintain and update governance records, workflows, tickets, and approvals using ServiceNow or other firm systems
  • Track and monitor multiple concurrent requests, ensuring deadlines and expectations are met
Documentation & Reporting
  • Maintain centralized repositories of vendor and project compliance documentation, contracts, SOC reports, risk assessments and QRM artifacts
  • Prepare compliance dashboards and status updates for the COO and the Director, Business Transformation
  • Support audit requests and internal reviews by compiling complete and accurate documentation packages
Vendor Lifecycle Support
  • Support vendor onboarding through coordination of independence checks, security questionnaires, privacy assessments, and contract compliance verification
  • Assist with vendor offboarding including access removal, documentation closure and governance sign-off
  • Support the design of, and operate, the Tax & Legal vendor management framework covering onboarding, contracting, renewals, offboarding and performance monitoring
  • Maintain a master inventory of all vendors and associated contracts, SLAs, and documentation
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Act as an operational liaison between delivery teams, ITS Security, Procurement, Legal, QRM and vendor contacts
  • Communicate clearly and frequently to ensure stakeholders understand requirements, risks, timelines, and next steps
  • Support process improvement within governance workflows, identifying inefficiencies and proposing enhancements
What you bring to the role

  • 2+ years in risk management, compliance operations, vendor operations, procurement operations or administrative roles ideally with a professional services firm
  • Strong understanding of risk management frameworks, compliance processes, and IT security principles.
