Senior Consultant - Special Risk

Join Aon’s industry-leading Health and Benefits Consulting team as our next Senior Consultant, “Special Risk” (employer, student, and association coverages for AD&D, Business Travel Accident, Expatriate/In Patriate Medical and other high risk Human Capital Solutions).

This is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work both virtually and from any of our offices in Canada.

Applicants must be legally authorized to work in Canada. This position is not eligible for employment visa or work permit sponsorship.

What the day will look like

This job entails partnering closely with our established customer base to comprehend their needs and deliver personalized solutions. Additionally, you will be responsible for developing new client solutions to drive business growth and enhance customer satisfaction.

  • Collaborate with existing and new customers to identify their requirements and provide customized solutions.
  • Develop and implement innovative solutions to meet the evolving needs of our clients.
  • Work closely with cross-functional Aon teams to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and standard methodologies to offer innovative solutions to clients.
  • Carry out in-depth analysis and evaluations to see opportunities for improvement and expansion.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations, reports, and proposals to customers and partners.
