What you will do…
  • Foster a construction health and safety culture in daily operations.
  • Provide constructability input during design, develop project execution plans (PEP) and manage/solve technical challenges on-site in cost-efficient ways.
  • Lead on-site construction operations, covering safety, client interface, procurement, quality, and execution.
  • Navigate change/scope creep, controlling, and always balancing costs, schedules, and people.
  • Nurture collaboration, integrity, and open communication with clients and subcontractors, ensuring a harmonious environment where "one team" prevails.
Minimum Requirements
  • 15+ years of construction experience with recognized leadership in execution.
  • Experience in mechanical and electrical construction and working with Ontario authorities.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
  • Strong communication (written and verbal), and negotiating skills in English.
  • Team player with a positive attitude, resilience and determination.
  • Quick critical thinking ability under pressure.
  • Top-notch organizational skills.
