Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in claims management.

Position Details

• Settle or claims habitation, automobile, motorcycle, long haul trucking, commercial, warranty program, etc.
• Determine / assess coverage of claim
• Conduct investigation : statements, establish loss, proceed with settlement, negotiate, etc.
• Determine subrogation potential and proceed
• Guiding and directing external vendors for effective investigation, control and facilitation of claims
• Prepare any correspondence or file reports
• Process payments (or denial) in accordance with established authority
• Maintain timely and accurate claim reserves on files
• Actively manage claims audit program
