Project Overview

Kruger Packaging is making changes to its business processes and systems. Two major projects will occur simultaneously: an in‑depth analysis of the current end‑to‑end business processes across operations to determine the most effective future process, and the implementation of a new CRM solution, which requires reviewing existing processes and applying an ideal solution to support the business.

About the Role

This role is pivotal in driving operational excellence and will also play a key role in the successful implementation of supporting systems.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business process analysis, manufacturing operations, and enterprise system implementations, with a proven ability to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. We are looking for a rigorous, versatile, and autonomous professional who thrives equally well in structured analysis and in agile environments.

The candidate must demonstrate excellent communication skills across all levels of the organization and be willing and able to travel to various sites, including those located in the United States. Travel requirements are estimated to range from a minimum of 10% and up to 40%, depending on project phases.

  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement throughout the packaging division.

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to support the rollout of the new CRM system.
  • Ensure manufacturing processes are aligned with CRM capabilities and business requirements.

  • Act as a liaison between manufacturing, IT, and commercial teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all organizational levels, from shop floor to senior leadership.

Documentation & Reporting (10%)
