  • Learn and configure systems and tools as needed, and coordinate testing plans, including developing test scripts for business and technical processes.
  • Communicate scope, cost, technical limitations, and risk trade-offs, and work with project managers and business leaders to develop solutions that meet priority needs.

  • Analyze and Improve Processes:
  • Research, gather, and analyze data to document current-state business processes and identify challenges.
  • Recommend opportunities for efficiency and document future-state processes and requirements.
  • Collaborate with Project Managers, Change Management Specialists, business leads, and subject matter experts to review processes and technical integrations.
  • Use tools such as interviews, workshops, process mapping, and vendor consultations to understand systems and workflows.

  • Effective Communication and Delivery:
  • Maintain regular communication with business and technical teams to support successful solution delivery.
  • Create documentation including business requirements, traceability matrices, process maps, and test plans.
  • Facilitate workshops and interviews to gather requirements and validate solutions.
  • Proactively share issues and risks, escalating to project managers or sponsors when necessary.

  • Certification in business analysis practices or equivalent certifications would be an asset.
  • Proactive learner with the ability to quickly understand new departments, projects, objectives, and business operations.
  • Proven ability to drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities and implementing effective solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to apply systems thinking to understand how business, technical, and organizational elements interact across projects.
  • Skilled in using varied approaches to identify both explicit and implicit client requirements.
  • Strong problem‑solving, negotiation, and influencing skills.
