A leading fleet management company in Mississauga is seeking a detail-oriented Senior Associate, Truck & Upfit Ordering. In this role, you will manage client vehicle and upfit orders, coordinating with internal teams and vendors to ensure efficient and cost-effective solutions. The ideal candidate will have consultative experience in fleet management or automotive, strong organizational skills, and a proven ability to maintain high client satisfaction. Compensation ranges between $54,500 and $74,800 annually.

We’re looking for a detail‑oriented collaborator to join our team as Senior Associate, Truck & Upfit Ordering. In this role, you will manage client vehicle and upfit orders while coordinating seamlessly with internal teams, dealers, and suppliers. You will ensure efficient, cost‑effective solutions for vehicle acquisition and upfitting while maintaining high levels of client satisfaction. This position is accountable for timely and accurate order fulfillment, cost management, and delivering exceptional client service.
Current Location: Mississauga. Our Mississauga office will move to 1 Adelaide in Toronto in September 2026.
The hiring base salary range for this position is $54,500 – $74,800 annually. Actual compensation within this range will be dependent upon the individual’s knowledge, skills, experience, equity with other team members, and alignment with market data. Please note that the disclosed salary range is solely for candidates hired to perform work within this geographic location. Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location.
