A client in the manufacturing sector is seeking a Senior Area Sales Manager for the Mississauga/GTA territory. This remote position requires strong B2B sales experience and expertise in machine tools. Responsibilities include building customer relationships, promoting products, and achieving sales targets in a dynamic environment. Travel to customer sites and trade shows may be required.

The Area Sales Manager (ASM) is principally responsible for the sale of company products and to provide innovative solutions to customer work requirements on machine tools. The position reports to the National Sales Manager on the development of prospective accounts and retention of current customers.
Spends time primarily on the road or with customers. Spends time in manufacturing environments (assembly, machining, and quality control facility) and at the company's Canada Technical Centre. Exposed to possible hazards including, but not limited to, high noise, heavy equipment, and other automated and manual machinery. International travel may be required for training or tradeshows.
