Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years experience in architectural practice.
• Project experience in Multi-family Housing, Health Care, Interiors, and Commercial.
• Participated in Construction Administration from startup to closeout.
• LEED Designation (GA minimum) preferred; CCS Designation is preferred.
• Firm understanding of building codes and industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform architectural assignments with minimal supervision.
• Assist in developing design and technical solutions.
• Prepare outline and 3-part specifications for projects.
• Conduct quality reviews of construction documents.
