A leading financial services provider in Montreal is seeking a Senior Analyst for their Investment Counsel Services (ICS) Operations team. This role involves ensuring accuracy and quality in operational processes, monitoring data integrations, and providing support to Investment Counsellors. Candidates should possess a degree in finance or related fields, coupled with 3–5 years of relevant experience, strong analytical and technical skills. The position offers a hybrid working arrangement and a competitive salary range of $71,475.00 - $119,125.00 CAD.

As a core member of the Investment Counsel Services (ICS) Operations team, the Senior Analyst plays a critical role in ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and quality across all operational processes that support our Investment Counsellors (ICs) and high net worth clients. This role requires strong analytical skills, exceptional problem-solving ability, and the confidence to act as a subject matter expert for non-standard situations or complex issues.
The Senior Analyst will support both day-to-day processing and higher-level operational oversight, including triage of issues, supervisory support, process development, vendor interaction, and cross functional coordination. This individual will also play a key role in transition periods including end of month and Quarter-end initiatives ensuring operational stability and accuracy throughout key reporting and business cycles.

The successful candidate will be required to communicate in English and French in order to support clients from various jurisdictions outside of Quebec.

Working Arrangement: Hybrid
Salary range is expected to be between $71,475.00 CAD - $119,125.00 CAD. The actual salary will vary depending on local market conditions, geography and relevant job-related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience, and education/training.
