The Finance Transformation team is looking for a Senior Advisor who is passionate about performance improvement and motivated to play a strategic role in transforming the finance function and the organization. Reporting to the Director – Finance Transformation, the incumbent’s primary mandate will be to plan, lead, and deliver projects aimed at optimizing processes and controls, collaborating with various Agropur teams. He or she will act as a change agent, challenging the status quo while fostering buy‑in from Finance teams and stakeholders. The Senior Advisor will also contribute to establishing a culture of continuous improvement in processes, procedures, and controls within the organization.
