Temporary 12 month
Lead and deliver large-scale improvement transformations across the entire bank, ensuring the delivery of agile solutions. This includes:
- Project Planning: Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to define CI project objectives, scope, and deliverables. Develop project plans, timelines, and resource requirements.
- Project Execution: Execute and oversee CI projects. Coordinate with team members and stakeholders to ensure project milestones and objectives are met. Monitor project progress, identify risks, and proactively address any issues or roadblocks.
- Data Gathering and Analysis: Collect and analyze relevant data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement. Apply data visualization techniques to interpret findings and present actionable insights.
- Process Assessment: Evaluate existing processes, workflows, and systems to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement. Conduct root cause analysis and identify potential solutions or process enhancements.
- Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and leadership. Facilitate workshops, meetings, and presentations as needed.
- Solution Design: Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and design impactful solutions. Generate innovative ideas and propose feasible recommendations aligned with project goals and BDC strategies.
- Performance Measurement: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop measurement frameworks to assess the impact and success of CI projects. Track and report on project outcomes and benefits realized.
- Change Management: Support the implementation of CI solutions. As needed, and in collaboration with key internal stakeholders, develop change management assets, including communication plans, training materials, stakeholder engagement plans, and solution sustainment strategies.
- Continuous Improvement Culture: Contribute to developing a culture of continuous improvement of business processes (knowledge, behaviors, skills). Promote lean methodologies, best practices, and knowledge sharing to drive ongoing improvement efforts.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate documentation of project activities, methodologies, and outcomes.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work with cross-functional teams across business lines and regions, bringing a positive influence.
- Ability to facilitate and lead large workshops.
- Corporate strategy or management consulting experience is an asset.
- Expert in design thinking, storyboarding, and project management.
- Expert knowledge and experience in Lean Six Sigma (LSS) tools and methodology, with the ability to teach others (Black Belt preferred).
- Excellent relationship building, engagement, and stakeholder management skills.
- 5+ years of experience in medium to large-scale improvement and transformation change initiatives.
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Strategy, Marketing, Business, Mathematics, Computer Science, Operations, Research, or Engineering. Master’s degree or equivalent experience is an asset.
Bilingualism in English and French is an asset.
