  • Partner with vendors, insurers, and internal teams to optimize service delivery.
  • Lead open enrolment, plan renewals and RFP processes for benefits program changes.
  • Ensure compliance with evolving regulatory changes across all benefits programs.
  • Leverage utilization data and employee feedback to drive program enhancements.
  • Contribute to Total Rewards strategy through cross-functional collaboration and project leadership.
  • Deliver learning sessions and educational campaigns to drive participation and engagement.
