An established independent insurance broker is seeking a Senior Account Handler to manage a portfolio of clients. This role emphasizes teamwork and collaboration, focusing on maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring optimal coverage. We are currently working with a very proud independent insurance broker based in Sussex (which also has other regional offices located throughout the country) who are seeking an experienced Senior Account Handler.
The ethos within the company is very much about the team and collaboration where they all work together to achieve the end result.
They are a mature business, with their strategic direction being one where they are looking for profitable growth, and ambitious plans for extending into other areas for business.
You will be responsible for looking after a portfolio or client and working closely with the Account Directors/Executive.
Key Accountabilities
This brokerage is an exceptional place to work, with great retention of staff, and a focus on wellbeing, where they seeing double digit growth in the business at the moment, and there’s a real momentum within the organisation.
You will be required to be in the office a minimum of 2 days per week.
With this opportunity comes an attractive basic salary £40K to £50K, achievable bonus, PMI and attractive employer pension contribution.
