We are hiring an experienced security Architect who is responsible for designing and implementing security within our architecture. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams (engineering, product management, DevOps, etc.) to ensure the system aligns with business goals and technical requirements.

Job Duties & Accountabilities
  • Design our solution such that it meets modern security requirements.
  • Identify and troubleshoot issues, and use that information to optimize our designs.
  • Evaluate and select appropriate technologies, tools, and frameworks to build our products.
  • Engage with our security officer, our customers’ IT staff, our local teams and product managers to define secure solutions.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for architecture decisions, deployment strategies, and technical guidelines.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years focused on security.
  • Deep understanding of software security best practices, standards and protocols, including (m)TLS, OIDC, OAuth2.0, Single Sign-on
  • Excellent communication skills for articulating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
  • Experience in managing cross-functional teams and delivering projects on time.
  • Ability to mentor and guide other engineers.
Assets (optional but beneficial)
  • You are a certified AWS Solutions Architect.
  • Experience with designing medical software.
  • Experience with Keycloak/RH-SSO, LDAP, SMART on FHIR
  • Experience with Java/J2EE/Spring.
  • Experience as System or Solution Architect in SAFe.
