Qualifications

• 1 year of culinary experience in a Hotel/Resort environment preferred.
• Must hold a current Food Safe Level 1 Certification.
• Physically capable of safely lifting heavy loads up to 35kg.

Responsibilities

• Operate a designated station in the kitchen.
• Ensure safe food handling and preparation.
• Follow cleaning schedules and maintain equipment standards.
