Overview

Reporting to the Seafood Department Head (or his / her delegates), the Seafood Cutter is responsible to prepare various seafood products in advance for customers to choose from. The position also needs to stock seafood products onto the display cases in the sales area, follow FIFO concept, provide good service to our customers by fulfilling their requests, and maintain inventory and workplace cleanliness.
