BRIEF INTRODUCTION

As a Branch Systems Administrator you will contribute to the effective functioning of the branch team by ensuring that all workstations, voice communications and multi-functioning devices are running effectively. You will join a purpose-driven winning team, committed to results, in an inclusive and high-performing culture.

IS THIS ROLE RIGHT FOR YOU

In the role you will:

  • Deliver proactive and reactive technicalexpertisewith a hands-on approach, addressing issues and improvements for Branch Staff
  • Act as the liaison with the Helpdesk and the Branch Training and Support Team to ensure efficient resolution to all issues
  • Ensure all technology is running at maximum efficiency
  • Provide basic-level training on all applications
  • Escalateissuesto internal and external providers

DO YOU HAVE THE SKILLS

We would love to work with you if you have:

  • Experience in providing IT support to end-users.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Provide excellent service in a professional and respectful manner.
  • Ability to meet deadlines
  • Knowledge of Microsoft systems: Word,Exceland PowerPoint
  • Familiarity with various operating systems and platforms.
