A leading financial institution in York Region is seeking an Administrative Associate for a 12-month contract in Markham. The successful candidate will support Wealth Advisors by providing exceptional client service and managing administrative tasks. Responsibilities include client administration, responding to inquiries, and coordinating marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have experience in the securities industry, possess strong organizational skills, and be an approved Investment Representative. As an Administrative Associate you will be responsible for contributing to the overall success of one or more Wealth Advisors by ensuring a high level of client service achieved by effective administration and day‑to‑day trading of their business.
