A leading waste management provider is hiring a Customer Service Representative for their Waterloo transfer station in Southwestern Ontario. This role involves greeting customers, calculating payments, ensuring safety compliance, and performing administrative tasks. Ideal candidates should have some computer skills and be legally eligible to work in Canada. A competitive hourly wage of $20.75 is offered, along with a comprehensive benefits package including medical and dental insurance, vacation, and paid personal days.
This is a non-union position located at our Waterloo transfer station.
8-month Contract
Start time: Monday to Friday, statutory holidays required
Shift: Two shifts rotating. 8:30 am – 5:00 pm and 5:30 am – 2:00 pm
Serves as the first point of contact for customers depositing waste at a Waste Management Facility; calculates payments, checks loads, and ensures the safety of the customer and other employees through observation of safety rules and regulations.
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other minor duties may be assigned.

The expected base pay range for this position across Canada is $20.75 hourly. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific salary offered to a successful candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate's relevant experience, education, training, certifications, qualifications, and work location.
