EY Consulting Services is a fast-moving high-growth area. We are seeking a Senior Consultant to join our SAP enterprise applications team. The team focuses on Enterprise Intelligence, Risk Transformation, IT Risk and Enabling Technologies, with a emphasis on ERP packages such as SAP solutions. Our clients include Fortune 1000 companies across Manufacturing, Pharma, Energy/Utilities, Transportation, Telecommunications, Entertainment/Media, Oil/Gas, Consumer Goods/Retail, among others.

Your key responsibilities

As a Senior Consultant you will help develop methodologies, tools, approaches, points of view, thought leadership and accelerators to differentiate EY in the ERP consulting market. You will participate in large-scale SAP solution implementation engagements in a client-facing capacity and demonstrate functional and technical leadership by helping clients collaboratively solve their challenges.

To qualify candidates must possess:

Hard skills / experience

• 4 years of SAP MDM experience and 2 end-to-end implementations.
• Hands-on data migration (ETLV) experience in S/4HANA using Syniti ADMM; knowledge of SAP data loading methods (IDOCs, LTMC/LTMOM, LSMW, and custom programs).
• Experience in setting up S/4HANA data migration technical architecture using Syniti ADMM and providing technical leadership to data conversion development teams.
• Understanding of SAP data conversion lifecycle (data readiness, design-build-test, mock loads, data validation, data cutover).
• Proficiency in SQL or other querying tools for source data analysis; experience with SAP data profiling and cleansing (de-duplication, matching, merging, standardization).
• Deep knowledge of key SAP objects (e.g., MM, BP, Equipment, Functional Locations, BOMs) and working knowledge of SAP functional modules (Record to Report - FI/CO; Procure to Pay - MM, IM, EWM; Project Systems; Portfolio and Project Management; Plant Maintenance; Quality Management; Production Planning/IBP).
• Experience delivering SAP data conversion solutions for Energy sector clients is a bonus.
• Syniti ADMM skills including data extraction from on-prem and cloud sources via iPaaS, data profiling, data quality dashboards, de-duplication, data mapping and transformation, and end-to-end data orchestration within ADMM.
• Data migration cockpit (Migrate Your Data), LTMOM object updates, pre-validation and post-validation reconciliation, delta handling with Syniti CDC, user access management within ADMM, and data encryption/decryption/masking.

The salary range for this job in British Columbia is $72,000 to $132,000. Individual salaries are determined by factors including education, experience, skills and location.
