Job Summary

We are seeking new Hygiene Technicians to join our Service Team. As a Hygiene Technician you play a critical role in servicing our customers" washrooms. If you enjoy working independently, as part of a team and are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, then look no further.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Deliver hygiene and washroom products to customers.
• Maintain and service equipment, including replacing batteries, refilling soap and sanitizer dispensers, replacing air care cartridges, and liners of bins.
• Maintain feminine hygiene receptacles, replace bin liners, sanitize and dispose of waste.
• Manage inventory levels for certain customers purchasing consumable products.
• Ensure all equipment at customer sites is functioning properly.
• Track and analyze your work routes with the manager at the end of each day.
• Meet the specific needs of customers in the field and document special requests.
• Input all work activities in the smartphone device provided by the Company.
• Act as an ambassador for the Citron Hygiene brand.
• Other duties as required.

Hours: The hours for this position are between 6am-6pm.

Minimum Requirements

• Valid driver’s license (G license) and clean driver’s abstract
• Good driving record
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Good customer service
• Good attendance and punctuality
• High school degree or equivalent
• Flexibility with working days including Saturday
