Overview

This role is ideal for candidates with supervisory experience in food ingredients or chemical operations who can balance safety, compliance, and efficient sample operations while collaborating cross-functionally with logistics and sales.

Monthly Salary: SGD 4,500 + VB + Permanent benefit

Key Responsibilities

• Safety & Compliance: Ensure personal and food safety of team and samples. Handle finished goods and raw materials in accordance with SDS, PPE, storage, and GHS requirements.
• Inventory Management: Develop and implement processes to reduce cost and waste, track shelf life, conduct cycle counts, and manage disposals of expired samples.
• Sample Manufacturing/Repacking: Produce or re-pack samples from bulk quantities to meet customer requirements.
• Logistics Coordination: Partner with Sales and Logistics teams to streamline sample fulfillment and optimize results.
• Cost Tracking: Monitor and report on waste and freight costs.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for compliance and regulatory purposes.

Qualifications

• A-Level / Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Operations (or equivalent professional experience).
• 3–5 years of supervisory experience in food ingredients or chemical operations.
• Strong background in inventory management and shipping requirements.
• Knowledge of SDS, compliance standards, and regulatory practices.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Access, Excel, Word).
