We are seeking a skilled National Dealer Development (Field Sales) team member to support and build our Eastern Ontario / Atlantic market. In this role, you will focus on sales and account management of EDealer’s suite of products and services.

We offer a competitive base salary ($60,000.00 - $70,000.00); a competitive commission plan ( ~$120,000+ on-target earnings ); paid time off; mileage reimbursement; participation in our benefits, RRSP, and life insurance programs; continuous learning; and so much more!

What You Will Do
  • Sell EDealer services and solutions to automotive dealerships throughout your territory, conducting in-person and virtual demos
  • Websites & website tools
  • Digital Media (Digital advertising & SEO)
  • Add-on products (Inventory management, Trade In, etc)
  • Build long-term dealer relationships to drive renewals, upsells, and product adoption
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, and product) to relay market feedback
  • Track sales processes and provide on-going reporting to sales leadership
  • Day-to-day account management
  • Participate in trade shows, industry events, and occasional team meetups
  • Maintain accurate records and pipeline forecasts in Zoho CRM
  • Recognize cross-sell opportunities for other products and services under E INC (Cars.ca & EBlock)
What You Will Need
  • A successful track record in Website, digital marketing, and / or CRM sales in the automotive space
  • Online marketing experience
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a consultative selling environment
  • Strong presentation skills – both virtually and in the showroom
  • Be highly organized and motivated
  • An understanding of web and social media technologies/trends
  • A valid driver's license, a reliable method of transportation, and willingness to travel
Nice to Haves
  • Familiarity with dealer groups, OEM programs, or automotive advertising networks
  • DMS & CRM experience
  • University or college diploma preferred
  • Understanding of Google Analytics and AdWords - certification is a plus

At E INC, in the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share our base pay as it is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. The base pay range for this full-time position is $60,000.00 - $70,000.00, and this role may be eligible for discretionary bonuses or commission payments. Your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. In addition, our ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
